No more Miss Iowa :'(

Went to the Football game in the evening and sadly, it had been raining the whole time since yesterday. Raining=Icy cold.
Phil had warned us to wear a few layers of clothes but I had no idea that it would be this freezing icy cold. SO I only wore a long sleeved top, Gap hoodie and jeans. And boy, I swear I can die of hypothermia. But fortunately I SURVIVED!
It was already freezing cold when we first stepped out of the hotel and it got even colder and colder as time passes. Especially the game was outdoors. And when we talked, there would be the vapour thingy coming out when we talk or breathe. I was so amazed.
And I was also amazed at some of the people there who can survive with just a piece of shirt. But the again, they are used to it. All of us, includeing the Aussies were almost frozen. And even before half-time, Ms D, Rebbecca and idk-what's-the-aussie-name-is went back to the hotel because they cannot take the coldness.
And drinking hot chocolate doesn't help either. At that point of time, I wished that I could jut soak my finger and feet into boiling water. It was numb and I couldn't feel a thing. And when I walk, it was just aching cold.
So anyway, I don't know what was happening during the game half of the time maybe beacuse of the brain freeze. But what I know is that Prairie Hawks lost to some Lions team. Oh wells. What a memorable lat day for me. Soaking up the air and atmosphere of the States.
Like what Fadhuli said, "I for one would very much like to return home. I have seen what I needed to see. Captured what I have seen through the camera lens and meet people whom under different circumstances I might not have met." I have to agree with him to a certain extent, but then again, I don't wish to go back home. Though I want to eat my mum's Mee Soto, like what she said when I called her this morning.
And so my check-in luggage is so damn heavy. I'm so worried if it is overload and things like that. Both my hand-carry is full. Idk, I am so dead.
Anyway, had lunch at Sushi House again with Laurie and Dawn. And received a very special gift from them, or maybe Kirkwood College. I am so proud of it man. And after that last lunch, we headed to Walmart to get some last minute stuff. I am so going to miss you, Walmart :'(
Have to wake up early tomorrow. Leaving for the airport at 8am and OMG the thought of the flight is soooo terrifying :'(
