Why am I back in Singapore?

It's been such a long time since I had a loooong and good sleep. Stared to feel sleepy at 4 pm yesterday and I slept through the whole night till 7 am this morning.

Took my normal medication that I had skipped for the 17 days and went back to sleep again till around 10. Showered and ate. Hot dogssssss and macaroni. Mum's cooking, I can feel the love in it.
