Suddenly thought of one of the days when I was in Iowa. We attended a night class at Kirkwood and there were cupcakes, cookies and more.
The first cupcake I ate was the vanilla one with yellow cream with sprinkles. And before I left the class, I took another one which is chocolate with this really niceeee and special purplish, bluish and whitish swirls of cream and I was so clumsy that I dropped it on the chair that I was pushing with the cream faced down and when I took it, the cream was gone :'(
But the cake was really good.
Ahh, reminded me of our first visit to Kirkwood Kids where we had mini apple strudel, mini blueberry cakes and some other mini pastries. Damn nice. With orange juice.
I really missed Iowa.
