I won't be online shopping anymore.

Just received my top in the mail today. Had to endure 4 hours before I could open it up and try it on cus I was at work. Only to find out that it has defects when I got home and tried it on. And just a week ago, got through so much hassle just for the bag that I purchased and upon reaching home, the strap of the bag came off and can't be fixed. And I demand for a refund for the "very, very good quality bag" that the seller mention.

Well, this defected things happened to me like twice in 2 weeks. I definitely feel so pissed. It had happened to me before, that my parcel was supposedly lost. I called SingPost, the seller etc, etc. And finally, I sent the seller a very pissy sounding email. But that's a totally different story. Out of the gazillion things that I've got online, I only lost my item once. I received my items through normal postages and I seldom opt for registered postage, only twice I think.

I've also just sent a pissy email to the seller for the top that I received today.

Why can't the seller check their item for defects whatsoever before selling it. I mean they have their supplier to rely on and can always exchange with them before selling it to the buyers. It would be such a hassle for the buyer. And then the seller would blame the supplier. Like WTF. Isn't that supposed to be THEIR responsibility. Afterall, the seller are the goddamn middle person in this business and it is their business to sell.

And then, we the buyer would have to mail the defected item back to the seller. And then have to wait like a few more goddamn freaking weeks before we get the item back because supposedly, the seller need to contact their supplier and that sort. Isn't that such a hassle and bloody waste of freaking time?

It's best that the freaking bloody seller to check for the items that they got from the bloody freaking supplier before they even get it from them. How stupid.

And I am still awaiting for 3 more items to arrive. A dress, a camera, a stamp set and stickers.
