Since it was my boyfriend's ORD day too yesterday, we thought that it would be better to meet up just to celebrate the day together. Met him at Yishun first and we got some desserts from McDonald's, Hot fudge sundae for me and Horlicks milkshake for him. The weather was just lovely yesterday, so we sat outside. He surprised me with some gifts and I was really touched and happy to see our Scrapbook that we initially did together few months back. It's completed by him, with some captions and also a lovely poem, which I almost teared while reading.

So hanged out a while more before we decided to make a move. I didn't have any idea where we're heading until he asked if I know of this "place" and I said I've heard of it before and I guessed it correctly!

Hanged out a while more once we've reached Bugis, and the first fishy things was when Seri appeared. So we waited a while more after that before some more people arrived and made our way to the "place" for dinner!


We dined at Vintage Delicafe that night. The place was just cosy and has a homely feel to it. I liked some of the deco there too. The service there was excellent I must add!

Here's the homemade mushroom soup and garlic bread. Both taste equally amazing and really flavourful, it was really highly recommended by the chef as well as those who've dined there before. I started to perspire while I eating the soup, most probably cus of the black pepper.

And this was my drink. I think we ordered wrongly and it turned out to be a pot of hot tea. It took up alot of space on the table hehe but it's so cute! Very English.

My boyfriend's Chicken Pomodoro. The spicyness level was only 1, but it was so spicy x100! But it taste good!
The belated birthday girl, Farah. Well, her birthday is just a day before mine.
My Grilled Chicken with black pepper sauce. The chicken was thick and yummy, and the mash potatoes was really good and it was really flavourful. I perspired abit when I was eating actually. So did my boyfriend.

And this was their fish and chips!
We chit chatted abit after our meal before making our way home. Such a lovely day I had with my loved ones.

And when I arrived home, I found this in my room! Sweet surprise!
