So glad that I'm alone at home right now. Quiet, peaceful and calm. Cherishing every single moment of it and away from all the daily hustle and bustle. I'm just uploading some videos of my children to the school's FB page now and maybe do some other things after I'm done with that. The day has been pretty productive I can say. Woke up slighty late, tried to fry omelette using the new Hello Kitty pan that I got but it was a FAIL, had a healthy breakfast (omelette sandwich with cheese, grapes & kiwis and milk) and then tidied up my room and all.

Poor thing my has to go back to work today for some event. Not only that, with 5 weeks of overtime meaning a 12 hour shift daily! Le sigh.

We spent our day at Bugis yesterday cus I wanted to check out the newly opened Bugis+. Well, that place is  nothing new as they just added on stores which mainly attracts female shoppaholics so that the mall would have a better business compared to the previous Illuma. La Senza, Sephora, Mango Touch, New Look just to name a few. There are also other shops which can be found in town, nothing new about Singapore.

Dining places were rather limited and boring in my opinion, nothing new as well considering the fact that most of the eating places there were non-Halal. Only McDonalds and Manhattan Fish Market I believed. So when we found that there was "Prata Place" if I'm not wrong, I decided to try it out since I was starving. But what a Disappointment! It was so bad I rather eat my school food which was already very bad in my opinion.

Not only it sucked, it was so expensive and most of the food was double the price from the neighbourhood coffee shops. It's ridiculous! No wonder the place wasn't so crowded. Wonder what do the people who ate there think of the food. Ugh, small portion  expensive, taste bad, poor service. My man was really very unhappy. I was really disappointed too!

After that unsatisfying meal, we walked around and checked out some of the shops there. Didn't buy anything there and so we went over to Bugis Junction. My man finally got himself new shoes from Vans and I got the Hello Kitty pan.

Had dinner at Tong Seng, which was more worth the money, taste better and satisfying. Walked around Bugis Junction a bit more while sharing the Root Beer flavour burst icecream before heading back home.
