Well hello, it's May!
Had a great start to the month by going for a 5km run at Chinese Garden with Nisa and her sis. I took the bus to Jurong Lake Park and started running from Lakeside onwards all the way to Chinese Garden. Sounds like a very lon run, but the total distance was only 1.82km. But it was a good, running in the morning sun with the cooling breeze.
And then the next day, I had my first Field Practicum and it went great. I have a strong feeling that there will be a lot of work to be done in the near future. Let alone now, I actually have reflection essays to be done, readings, group works and the long forgotten word "Homework" too. Thus, for my own convenience I decided to finally get myself a printer. At a good of only $69 and with ink cartridges it only totals up to about $115. My heartfelt thanks goes out to my man for carrying the load from town all the way back to suburban Jurong hehe.
Oh almost forgot about this. Went with Nisa on Friday to collect our race pack! So excited please!!! We also had it customised with our half of our face as a lion. Super awesome!!!
And what's a blog of mine without a gist of my weekend with my man. We headed out first to eat at his newly found favourite Nasi Ayam Penyet at Cineleisure! So nice to see my man eating his chicken so carefully. Never have I seen him so happy with chicken. But I gotta admit, the meal was really good!
After that we made our way to Plaza Sing and went to Daiso and then got my printer at Best Denki. Oh, we had Koi too and hanged out for a bit before heading home.
