While waiting for iftar, I decide that I blog about yesterday.

So anyway, my man and I caught Pacific Rim yesterday. It is a very long movie, about 2 hours 15 minutes. There is a fair share of action but storyline wise, I think it is just alright. Maybe even a bit childish I might say. The effects were good but rather computerized for the evil monster. I kind off like the concept that to operate the robot, it needs two people and needs to be calibrated first and that it moves according to their actions. My man and I came to the conclusion that it's a combination of Transformers, Ultraman and Power Rangers. We were freezing in the cinema maybe because we were fasting and that the aircon was near us.

After the movie, we headed over to McDonalds to buy our food for iftar.

We settled for a spot outside Marina Square. A good spot especially when there was NDP rehearsals going on. But I don't care because how annoying can it be... People being patriotic for Singapore and all. So fake please. Only enjoyed the fireworks!
