Here I am back again, in front of the laptop screen. Woke up half an hour ago from a nap and just had my late lunch. But before I continue on to do my school work and assignments, I decided to blog a bit first. It has been years since I last slept past midnight doing school work, and yesterday was one of the times. Well I won't do it if there is school the next day of course, cus that's not my style and besides, I just won't function well if I did. But since we have the BCR thingy, I think why not, cus I have the whole day at home and I can sneak in some nap time for myself.

Well since I am here, I shall also write about the BAD EXPERIENCE I encountered with our very own SINGPOST. I am mad angry and disappointed. I get very pissed everytime I think about this.

The thing is, I purchased something online, from a trusted seller who sells handmade jewellery whom I have ordered a number of times from before. So she has mailed out through registered mail as requested by me and provided me with the tracking number afterwards. With registered mail, I expect to receive it and fast too. It was mailed out on the 13/11, which was Wednesday and I still have yet to receive it on Friday, so I checked online at night for the status of my item and was surprised to see that the date was still the same,13/11 and is still processing. Like, what is my mail doing there for 3 days!! I decided to wait till Monday. Got home from school and nothing. Checked online, nothing has changed.

A week has gone since my item was mailed out and the status was still the same. Called Singpost after so many, many of their annoying "press 1 for.. press 2 for.. " and finally reached their CSO.

I was calm when I talked to the first one and after putting me on hold, she said that she will inform the hq or something and will call me back.

Nothing.

Called again 2 days later, had to explain everything all over again and even mentioned that their colleague did not give me a call back. Put me on hold. Then gave me some invalid reason like it will take a long time for the system or someting so will give me a call.

Nothing.

Called again, explain all over again and complained. Put me on hold. Says that will check in the system and will call me back.

HE DID.

BUT.

Gave an invalid reason that there was a technical difficulty so he was not able to check. Will call me the next day to update me.

Did call me back the next day BUT saying that he have already inform the hq or something.

By the way, all the staff are not locals but are all foreign talent.

It sounded to me as though they are brushing off the issue here and does not know and is not concern or putting in effort to help the customer. I even wrote in to their website to complain about this and the issue that I am facing.

I can totally forget about this if its a normal mail. But this is registered mail. I paid a few dollars extra for this service. For me to be able to receive my item, for me to track it down online to make sure it's there and it will be sent.

What is the use of having this online tracker then? The customers can see that the item is still under processing even after 2 freaking weeks, tried to verify with them the issue and they are not doing anything for us.

Fortunately for me, the sender whom I bought the item for was nice and kind. I told her about this issue and she helped me along the way. Calling up Singpost and sending in complain letter and everything.

I am just so disappointed and angry talking about this I shall stop before I explode again.

Going to listen to some metal then get back to my school work.
