Kickstarted my term break with a good note! Saturday was going to high tea at Carousel with my man. It's been a while since I went to Orchard and I was quite confused with all the renovations and whatnots I tell you. So that's besides the point. The high tea was awesome! There were so many food and it was a worthwhile experience. However, I should not have overeaten because that leads to something bad or maybe my willpower just wasn't that strong, as my man tell me. 
I also just came back from a staycay with my besties yesterday. It was indeed a rejuvenating and therapeutic. Besides the crazy karaoke sessions we had, indulging in food, movie marathons, the best part is definitely soaking in the hot tub. It was a well deserved relaxation time that I needed. Upon checking out, we walked under the hot sun after being pampered in the air-con environment, all the way to Spize for our brunch. We ended up taking the cab home cus we were kinda tired and not forgetting all he stuff that we lugged. We just can't run away from being the typical kiasu Singaporeans despite denying it. Bottles of water and snacks beats the fact that we packed light.
