After a year and a half of being separated from my cute lil hp pavilion dm1 after getting hold of it for a few months, we are finally reunited. And so is my man, with his pavilion g8.... I suppose that's what its called. Ooops, so much for using it for more than a year!

Anyways, upon reuniting, I realised that my lil notebook does not have microsoft office, which is an equivalent to my life, or rather my life as a student. We shall see how it goes.

Last Saturday, I went over to my man's place to do up my learning corner activities. Mostly, I just needed to laminate a lot of my materials. Glad that he helped me out along the way to cut some of it and helped out with laminating it. Before going over to his place, we had lunch at BK and did ran some errands of buying some necessities over. In the evening, I tried out his his collection of bass and guitars. Had some of his mom's cooking and cabbed back home. It was pretty much a stay in and laid back kinda day for us.

Today, I took a daytrip with mama to JB. I have to say I ate a lot, like really, a lot today. The journey was pretty alright, except for the mini jam whilst entering the JB immigration. The weather was lovely as well, especially since it rained in the morning. At least it cooled down the ever so hot weather that we have been experiencing.

We just explored City Square the whole time. So here it goes. We had lunch at Kenny Rogers. Then we walked and shopped a bit. Checked out a bakery and bought quite a bit of buns which one of them I ate straight away. Of course, how can I resist my all time fave raisin cream cheese bun. Walked around a bit more. I bought a pair of shoes and mama bought 2. Headed over to J Co to buy donuts and I felt like having a drink as well. So we rested our legs and arms, as there was a few shopping bags on hand already. We shared Iced Tiramisu latte and it came with a free glazed donut to go along. Mama had a bite and I chomped dpwn the rest. It was about time we get going. We stopped by Subway to buy home and off to the checkpoint.

So far my days are alright. I was either out to do group projects, stayed in to do my assignments. In my free time, I either watch youtube, tv or, just yesterday, started to read The fault in out stars. Wanted to buy the book, but, I borrowed it from my friend instead.

It's a good book which had put me on an emotional roller coaster ride thus far, with the bitter sweet storyline. I am on chapter 5 now and I am determined to finish reading before watching the movie itself. Friends gave me reviwes saying that the book was as beautiful as the movie, but some said the book was better. Cannot give my judgement now until I have finished the book and watched the movie for myself.

Ramadhan is around the corner and so is the end of my break!

Stay posi!
